Where we deliver We deliver right across Ireland, including Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway, Waterford, Drogheda and Dundalk. What delivery costs Standard delivery is free on orders of €100 or more. Below that, a flat €25 delivery charge applies. Free delivery is based on your goods total after any discount code. The charge is shown in your cart before you pay, so nothing is added at the last step. EXPRESS SHIPPING We do not currently offer an express option. Every order goes by the same tracked standard service. How long it takes Delivery takes 5 to 7 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time. In other words, we handle and pack your order within 24 to 48 hours, and delivery across Ireland then takes 5 to 7 days. Delivery time varies by location. Our delivery partners Tracking Every order is sent tracked. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped, which is normally 24 to 48 hours after you order. We only receive the tracking code once the parcel has been sent, so there is nothing to send you before then. Once you have your tracking number you can follow the parcel using our Track Your Parcel page. Separate packages For logistical reasons, items in the same order may be sent in separate packages and may arrive on different days. If part of your order has arrived and you are unsure about the rest, email us and we will check it for you. If your order does not arrive Tell us straight away at theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and we will sort it out. How we handle orders that go missing or arrive damaged is set out on our Refunds & Returns page. "content": "Refunds & Returns Last updated 25 September 2026. This policy is reviewed periodically; if anything here is unclear, ask us before you order. Thank you for shopping with us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Your rights under Irish law Irish and EU law protect you when you buy from us online. The Consumer Rights Act 2022, which gives effect in Ireland to the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, gives you 14 days from delivery to cancel without giving a reason. The same Act says the goods we sell you must match their description, be fit for their purpose and be of the quality you can reasonably expect. Nothing on this page limits those rights, and if this page and the law differ, the law wins. Damaged, incorrect or missing orders If our product arrives damaged, or goes missing in delivery, we accept the return and take full responsibility for the return postage. Damaged items or missing parts. If you receive a damaged product, or one with parts missing, please tell us straight away. Incorrect item sent. If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please tell us straight away. Order not received. If your order does not arrive, please tell us straight away. Email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number. We may ask for more information about the condition your order arrived in, such as photographs of the item and the packaging. Photos help us take it up with the courier, but they are not a condition of your rights. Once our checks are done, we put it right with a replacement or a refund, and we aim to issue a refund within 24 to 48 hours. Faulty or not as described If something we sent you is faulty or not as we described it, tell us. That is your right under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, not a favour, and it applies separately from the time limits below. Within 30 days of delivery, you can reject faulty goods and get a full refund. After that, you can ask for a repair or a replacement. If a repair or replacement is not possible, or does not fix the problem, you can ask for a price reduction or end the contract for a refund. If a fault shows up within one year of delivery, the law presumes it was there when the goods were delivered. We cover the return postage for faulty goods. Changing your mind: 14 days from delivery, or 15 days from purchase You have two windows to change your mind, and you get whichever one ends later: Your legal right: 14 days from the day the goods are delivered. If your order comes in more than one parcel, the 14 days run from the day the last one arrives. Our own policy: 15 days from the day you bought. Many of our products are large items with high shipping costs, so we do not offer free returns for a change of mind. Please read the product page before you buy, so you can make an informed choice. Under our own policy, you can return a product within 15 days of the original purchase for an exchange or a refund, as long as: You bought it within the last 15 days. It is in its original packaging. You have the receipt, order confirmation or other proof of purchase from this website. The packaging condition applies to our own policy. Under your legal right, we may only reduce a refund if the goods lost value because they were handled more than you would need to check them in a shop. These rules apply if you are returning a product for one of these reasons: You found a better price You changed your mind It does not fit You no longer need it You ordered the wrong item To cancel, tell us before your window ends. An email to theteam@customersupport.care with your order number is enough, or you can use the form below. Then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us, using a tracked shipping service, to the warehouse your package was sent from. You pay the cost of sending them back. We refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge you paid. Nothing else is deducted: there is no handling, restocking or cancellation fee. We cannot accept returns of purchases made from third-party retailers. Please return those to the retailer you bought from. None of this affects what we do for damaged, incorrect, missing or faulty orders. Cancelling an order All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, contact us within 12 hours, because orders are handled within 24 to 48 hours of ordering. Cancelling an order before it ships costs you nothing. Once the packing and shipping process has started, we can no longer stop the order. You can still cancel after it arrives, as set out above. If we cancel your order ourselves, for example because an item is unavailable, you get a full refund. How refunds are paid Your refund is processed 24 to 48 hours after we receive the returned item. It is always paid within 14 days of the day you told us you were cancelling. We may wait until the goods are back with us, or until you show us proof that you have sent them, whichever comes first. It goes back to the way you paid, your card or your PayPal account, or we can hold it as store credit for a future order if you ask. Payment providers usually take a few more working days to show the money on your statement. How to start a return Email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and a short note about what you would like to do. Please contact us before sending anything back, so we can confirm the warehouse address and credit the return to your order. For a change of mind return, send us the tracking details once you have posted it. Our customer support inbox is open around the clock, and we do our very best to reply to support emails within 24 hours. Start the return process Cancellation form You can copy this form into an email if you find it useful. Any clear statement that you are cancelling works just as well. By browsing or using this site, or by placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you order. Who you are buying from Sports Warehouse Company Ireland is a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. We sell online only. We do not have a physical shop or showroom, and our administration address is not a returns address. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page. Using this website We give you a limited, personal permission to use this site to shop with us. You cannot transfer that permission to anyone else, and we can withdraw it. It does not cover commercial use, or use on behalf of another person or business, unless we have agreed to that in writing first. If you break these terms, the permission ends straight away. When you use this site, you agree that you will not: Use it in any way that breaks the law. Upload or send anything that contains viruses or other harmful code. Post or send anything that is defamatory, threatening, obscene, discriminatory, or that could lead to a civil claim or a criminal charge. Post or send anything that breaks someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights. Try to get into our systems without permission, or interfere with how the site works or how secure it is. Copy, reproduce, sell, change, reverse-engineer or otherwise exploit the site or any part of it without our written permission. By using this site you confirm that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, please use this site only with a parent or legal guardian. Our content Everything on this site, including our name, text, images, photographs, illustrations, designs, icons and videos, belongs to us or to the people who license it to us. It is here for your personal, non-commercial use while you shop. Products & descriptions We take care to describe our products accurately, including sizes, materials and what is in the box. Product photos are for illustration, and slight differences in colour and finish can occur. Where a supplier publishes no figure for a measurement or a safety standard, our product page says so rather than inventing one. Prices & discounts All prices are in euro (€). The total shown at checkout, made up of the item prices and any delivery charge, is what we charge you. We work to keep prices correct. If we find an error in the price of an order you have placed, we will contact you before we dispatch it and ask whether you want to go ahead at the correct price. Discount codes take money off the goods only, never off delivery. For example, the valued-customer code gives 15% off the items in your cart. Free delivery is based on your goods total after any discount. Ordering Your order is an offer. Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is made when we dispatch your order. Processing. Once your payment has cleared, orders are usually handled within 24 to 48 hours. Your details. Please give us a correct delivery address, email address and phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by wrong details. Orders we cannot accept. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when an item is unavailable, when we suspect fraud, or when we believe the order breaks the law or harms our business. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full. Cancelling an order You can cancel an order until it has shipped. Please contact us within 12 hours of ordering, because orders are handled within 24 to 48 hours. Cancelling costs you nothing. Once packing and shipping has started, we can no longer stop the order, but you can still return it under your right to withdraw and our returns policy, set out below. The full detail is on our Refunds & Returns page. Payment & security You pay in full at checkout, by card through Stripe Checkout or by PayPal. Your card details go straight to Stripe or PayPal. We never receive or store them. We process your order once the payment is authorised. Shipping, returns & refunds Delivery costs, delivery times and tracking are set out on our Shipping page. Returns, refunds and cancellations are set out on our Refunds & Returns page. Both pages form part of these terms. Contacting us Email is the best way to reach us, and you can write at any time. We do our very best to reply to support emails within 24 hours. Your consumer rights Under Ireland's Consumer Rights Act 2022, what we sell you has to be of satisfactory quality, fit for the purpose it is sold for, and as we described it. If it is not, the Act gives you these remedies: If a fault appears within one year of delivery, the law presumes it was there when the goods were delivered, unless we can show otherwise. You can ask us to repair or replace the goods. If repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate, or we do not do it within a reasonable time, you can ask for a price reduction or end the contract and get a refund. Because you buy from us online, the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) also give you the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Our own policy lets you return a product within 15 days of purchase. You get whichever of the two ends later. The full detail is on our Refunds & Returns page. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory right that cannot be given up. If anything here conflicts with such a right, the right wins. Limitation of liability To the extent Irish law allows: Our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods in that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, data or opportunity. We provide the website \"as is\". We do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer, or anything else Irish law does not allow us to exclude or limit. More detail is on our Limited Liability Indemnity page, which also forms part of these terms. Governing law These terms are governed by Irish law, and the courts of Ireland can hear disputes about them. If you live in another EU country, this does not take away your right to rely on the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live. If we cannot resolve a problem together, you can get free information about your rights from the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission ( www.ccpc.ie ). You can bring a claim through the Small Claims procedure in the District Court ( www.courts.ie ). If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre Ireland ( www.eccireland.ie ) can help with a cross-border dispute. Our Complaints Handling Policy explains how to raise a complaint with us first. Changes to these terms We may change this site and these terms at any time. The version on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
